The SVQ in Management Level 3 is a nationally recognised award accredited by the Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA) in partnership with MSC and the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), and is aimed at junior managers/supervisors/first line managers likely to be managing a small Unit or a senior member of an operational team. To achieve the SVQ in Management Level 3, candidates must achieve seven units in total - four mandatory and three optional Units.
